Payment Options at Cherubino Health Center
Cherubino Health Center provides high-quality natural whole body healthcare at an affordable price. We believe in the value of the care we offer for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.
Insurance and HMO's
Some of our services are covered by select insurance policies depending on individual patient needs, the type of treatment being received and specific policy limitations. If any of the treatment that you are receiving at our center is covered by your insurance plan, we will be glad to work with you and your insurance company accordingly.
Auto Accidents and Workers Compensation
If you have suffered an injury in a car accident or at work you will be covered for chiropractic care. We have the ability to bill your insurance company directly and work with you and your employer to ensure your safe return to work. If you are working with an attorney we are happy to work with him or her and provide them with any necessary paperwork to expedite your claim.
Self-Pay
If you do not have insurance coverage or your insurance policy does not cover the services that you are receiving from one or more of our practitioners, there is still a way to receive the care you need.
We have reasonable rates and offer a discount on the initial consultation and evaluation. We offer payment options and discounts for payment of services in advance. You may pay for your services with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
