Chamomile Oil: The Egyptians and Greeks are credited with the discovery of the medicinal properties of chamomile. They used it as an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, vasodilator and for the treatment of conditions such as; chronic arthritis, gout, rheumatism, and muscle pain and tightness.
Eucalyptus Oil: In the late 1700’s the British first used the oil of eucalyptus for "colicky complaints". The oil was later found to help reduce inflammation, reduce swelling, speed overall healing, relax tight and injured muscles and reduce pain.
Rosemary: related to the mint family, rosemary is native to the Mediterranean regions of Europe where it was first used for it’s antiseptic and analgesic properties. Other uses include: relief of muscle cramps, improvement of circulation and anti-inflammatory action.
Oil of Grape Seed: is used mainly for it’s antioxidant properties as well as providing an excellent carrier and protectant.

How to use: Pump a small amount of the oil and apply to areas of concern.
Examples: neck, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, muscles, etc; Use a gentle massaging motion to attain maximum effectiveness. May also be used as a general sports and massage oil.
